Wheaton Library Costume Parade

Description

Show off your costume at the library! Join us for a costume parade and a little trick-or-treating.

We'll meet in the Youth Services Department for the parade. After the parade, you can visit some of the library's service desks for some treats! 

This program is intended for children and caregivers to participate together; drop offs are not allowed.
