Spring is almost here (well, almost!) and you know what that means. Your kids have outgrown all of their clothes and are already bored of their toys. There are so many reasons that shopping secondhand is a great and eco-friendly choice -- saving money, supporting other local families and organizations, keeping items out of landfills, finding your kids' favorite colors/characters (not just what happens to be on the racks in stores right now), and getting the thrill of a deal and/or hidden gem (like the personalized backpack I found with my son's name on it)! These annual resales and swap events are stocked with new and gently used clothes, toys, books, sports equipment, baby gear and more!
