Prairie School of DuPage is a private school in Wheaton, IL offering a progressive, environmentally focused and Experiential education for preschool through eighth grade.
Prairie School of DuPage students become independent, critical thinkers by tackling hands-on, real-world challenges. Each day our students are outside building their understanding of the natural world through guided class activities and free play on our natural playground and 42 acres.
At Prairie School of DuPage we work to empower children to find their strengths, passions, and unique voice. Our mission is to educate and inspire the whole child and prepare each student for a life of discovery by cultivating a strong sense of self, compassion and respect for others, and a deep connection with the natural world.
